Elle nous a expliqu\u00e9 que les disques permettent de faire bouger notre colonne vert\u00e9brale et qu\u2019il est important de beaucoup bouger. Pour que nous puissions bien comprendre, Jeannette a pris deux livres et un ballon en mousse (les deux livres repr\u00e9sentaient les vert\u00e8bres et la balle en mousse les disques). Elle nous a donn\u00e9 des \u00e9ponges pour que l\u2019on y pense.<!--more--><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Jeannette nous a appris \u00e0 mieux nous concentrer. Elle nous a montr\u00e9 des petits exercices et jeux que nous pouvons faire en classe pour pouvoir bouger. Elle nous a aussi montr\u00e9 comment nous asseoir pour \u00eatre bien attentifs. Nous sommes all\u00e9s en salle rythmique pour pouvoir faire d\u2019autres jeux et exercices\u00a0: marcher comme si nous \u00e9tions tr\u00e8s forts, se d\u00e9placer \u00e0 quatre pattes, nous devions aller \u00e0 quatre ateliers o\u00f9 nous avions un petit exercice \u00e0 faire avant de lire la consigne de l\u2019exercice et de retourner \u00e0 notre place pour \u00e9crire la r\u00e9ponse.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Nous avons pes\u00e9 notre sac d\u2019\u00e9cole.Normalement notre sac ne doit pas peser plus de 12% de notre poids.
