Jeannette nous a appris \u00e0 bien nous asseoir sur le hokki ou sur la chaise pour \u00e9viter d\u2019avoir mal au dos.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong> Pour les autres s\u00e9ances, nous \u00e9tions en Salle de Rythmique. Nous avons toujours d\u00e9marr\u00e9 par des exercices issus de la M\u00e9thode Feldenkrais. Chacun s\u2019occupait de soi, couch\u00e9 sur son tapis\u00a0: les exercices nous aidaient \u00e0 \u00eatre bien dans notre corps et \u00e0 nous concentrer.<\/strong><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Ensuite, nous avons fait toutes sortes de jeux pour sentir bouger notre colonne vert\u00e9brale et notre bassin. Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 Paul, le squelette, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 qui Jeannette pouvait nous montrer comment fonctionne notre colonne vert\u00e9brale.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong> Nous avons aussi appris \u00e0 faire des massages avec une balle de tennis pour nous d\u00e9tendre et nous relaxer.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong> Nous avons fait un jeu avec 4 stations.
