Au menu, de l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e \nau dessert, des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de notre r\u00e9gion gastronomique. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \nont pu ainsi go\u00fbter \u00e0 la salade vigneronne, au c\u00e9leri r\u00e9moulade \nd&rsquo;Alsace, \u00e0 la traditionnelle choucroute (ou sa variante, choucroute au \npoisson) et bien s\u00fbr quelques autres sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s pour finir : Munster, \ntarte aux pommes Streusel, fromage blanc Alsace lait, ou encore pomme \nd&rsquo;Alsace \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.
